The COVID-19 pandemic has been a choc and took us all by surprise. The consequences for border regions were extreme. The MODEL.GO project, led by the OLZA association on the Polish-Czech border (a Transfrontier Euro-Institut Network (TEIN) member), in which the Euro-Institut is associated partner, enabled local actors to look back on this experience and develop strategies of information, protocols of communication and technical tools to respond more effectively to future crises.

As part of this project, Anne Thevenet, deputy director of the Euro-Institut, was invited to share our experience and talk about how the Euro-Institut and TRISAN / Euro-Institut have adapted their work to this context and continue to rethink their actions in the light of the changes that occurred since three years. It was a very interesting exchange, thank you for the invitation!
