• TEIN annual conference online

In Europe, efforts to contain the COVID-19 virus are reinforced again in the last weeks and measures taken to repair the economic and social damage brought by the pandemic continue to be at the heart of the political agenda as well as public debate.

The members of the Transfrontier Euro-Institut Network and many other actors all across Europe have devoted their work over the last months to show that border regions are especially affected by this crisis and the measures taken to overcome it.

At this year’s TEIN annual conference organised by the Institut d’Estudis Catalans, speakers from France, Spain and Andorra will discuss the effects of the COVID 19 crisis on the cross-border cooperation in the Pyrenean cross-border region. How is the situation being managed and what are the social and political consequences? What impacts on cross-border relations? How do local authorities react?

    Date: Friday 13 November 2020 – 9:00 to 12:00
